HYDROTECH™ Plastisol Inks are specially formulated for use on light, medium, and dark-coloured cotton and cotton/polyester blended fabrics, ensuring vibrant and long-lasting prints. Hydrotech Plastisol Inks provide superior printability, allowing for effortless application on both manual and automatic printing equipment, making them suitable for any production scale. The inks feature a creamy consistency that facilitates easy handling and application, ensuring consistent results with every print. Hydrotech Plastisol Inks provide excellent screen release properties that minimise clogging and enhance efficiency.

Available in an extensive range of colours, HYDROTECH™ Plastisol Inks can be used on coloured substrates or layered over a flashed white base to achieve stunning designs.

Application Recommendations:

Screen Materials: For optimal results, we recommend using monofilament mesh. Ensure inks are fused at a temperature of 150°C for durability and adherence.

Cleanup: Cleanup is straightforward with mineral spirits, allowing for quick transitions between colours and minimising downtime.
