HYDROTECH™ Plastisol Metallic Inks are specially formulated for use on light, medium, and dark-coloured cotton and cotton/polyester blended fabrics, ensuring vibrant, shimmering and long-lasting prints. Hydrotech Plastisol Inks provide superior printability, allowing for effortless application on both manual and automatic printing equipment, making them suitable for any production scale. The inks feature a creamy consistency that facilitates easy handling and application, ensuring consistent results with every print. Hydrotech Plastisol Inks provide excellent screen release properties that minimise clogging and enhance efficiency.

HYDROTECH™ Plastisol Metallic Inks can be printed directly to fabric or printed over an underbase. Plastisol Metallics can be mixed with other colours.

Application Recommendations:
Screen Materials: For optimal results, we recommend using monofilament mesh. Ensure inks are fused at a temperature of 150°C for durability and adherence.
Cleanup: Cleanup is straightforward with mineral spirits, allowing for quick transitions between colours and minimising downtime.
